2019 Fall Parade of Homes

September 14-15 & 21-22 (Saturdays and Sundays 1:00PM - 5:00PM)

Cost to enter homes on the event:

$550 - One home and/or Builder’s personal home
$450 - Second and subsequent homes
$850 - Multiple unit home (up to two connected units)
$350 - Any home registered in a previous Parade (except Builder’s personal home)
$1,050 - Feature Home - must meet criteria (see terms & conditions)

Monday, July 1

Registration opens online at 8:00AM
Builder members will receive an email with information 

Tuesday, July 16 Deadline for non-members to apply for membership to be able to participate on the event

Thursday, July 18

Initial registration deadline by 5:00PM

  • Late fee of $100 for each home entered after 5:00PM (through July 25 at 5:00PM) - No exceptions
  • Feature Home registration deadline by 5:00PM
  • No Feature Home applications will be accepted after this date
    • All documents due at the time of registration for a Feature Home application

Thursday, July 25

Late registration deadline by 5:00PM

  • Last day to withdraw / cancel home from event  for a refund
  • Last day to change home's address, line drawings, logos and bullet points for Home Ideas Magazine listing

Wed-Fri, August 7-9

  • Builders to proof Home Ideas program information and map online
  • Proofs due Friday, August 9 by 5:00PM

Sat – Sun, Sept 14-15
Sat – Sun, Sept 21-22

Fall Parade of Homes
Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 to 5:00PM all four days

Builders’ Reception (location TBD)

Mon – Tues, Sept 23-24

  • Return signs, etc…to HBASE office before September 24 at 5:00PM
  • Builder will be invoiced $50 for each sign damaged or not returned by deadline
