Showcasing the Sioux Empire

The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE) is excited to welcome everyone out to the 2010 Fall Parade of Homes™ from September 11-13 & 18-20. Over 60 newly constructed homes will be showcasing the hottest trends in the home building industry. Over 40 builders have been working around the clock to get these homes ready for this big event! Homes will be located in Sioux Falls and throughout various Sioux Empire communities (Brandon, Harrisburg, Hartford and Tea). Come out and tour these amazing homes, all at no charge (excluding the Feature Home).

The Feature Home that will be showcased on this year's Fall Parade of Homes™ will be Parade home #5, built by Driscoll Construction. This immaculate home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms through its 7,300 square feet, rustic cherry wood cabinets, 20-foot coffered ceiling and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace! Proceeds from the $5 admission to tour this home will benefit the Sioux Empire Home Builders Care Foundation. Prices for homes on the Fall Parade range from under $135,000 to more than $1 million. The Fall Parade of Homes™ hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Mondays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
