Showcasing the Sioux Empire

The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE) is excited to welcome everyone out to the 2009 Fall Parade of Homes™ from September 12-14 & 19-21. Over 70 newly constructed homes will be showcasing the hottest trends in the home building industry, all throughout over 70 homes. Over 45 builders have been working around the clock to get these homes ready for this big event! Homes will be located in Sioux Falls and throughout various Sioux Empire communities (Brandon, Harrisburg, and Tea). Come out and tour these amazing homes, all at no charge.

Prices for homes on the Fall Parade range from under $135,000 to more than $1 million. The Fall Parade of Homes™ hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Mondays from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm Directional maps included in this insert on the following pages. Be sure to follow the orange directional arrows up to the homes with orange flags.

Some of the trends in the homes this fall are: in-floor heating, stainless steel appliances; golf and hunting simulator room; walk-in shower with body sprays; Asian walnut floors; private lake; sunken wet bar; surround sound throughout home; stone fireplace.

The HBASE is a non-profit organization which is comprised of more than 720 members from across the Sioux Empire. It provides for the advancement of the community and building industry. HBASE promotes ownership and quality housing through positive relationships among members and the community.
